I did not start out as a coach. I started out as someone who had everything on paper — ambition, drive, a growing business — and still felt like I was falling short. I was working harder than anyone I knew, and yet the results never quite matched the effort. Something was missing.
It took a mentor, a moment of brutal honesty, and a willingness to look inward before everything changed. I realised that the gap between where I was and where I wanted to be was not a strategy problem — it was a mindset problem. Once I addressed that, the business followed.
That experience became the foundation of Winners Choice. I built this coaching practice to give driven entrepreneurs and professionals the exact combination of strategic clarity and mindset transformation that I wish I had found sooner.
